This rugged RF photodiode module utilizes a custom MMIC matching circuit to provide high-speed, application-specific frequency response. By integrating an InGaAs/InP photodiode into a hermetic, SWaP-optimized package, the design ensures reliable signal integrity and EMI immunity for radio-over-fiber architectures. The technology enables flexible, lightweight signal routing for high-performance satellite payloads.
