KT90+ utilizes coordinate transfer techniques, CMM-assisted positioning, and hexapod-based adjustments to improve the assembly and alignment of compact Korsch telescopes. The integration process incorporates redesigned baffles and reverse-projection stray-light inspection to minimize interference. These advancements significantly reduce wavefront errors compared to previous flight models, enhancing overall imaging performance for CubeSat payloads.
