This imaging spectrometer prototype employs a dual-Korsch three-mirror-anastigmat architecture coupled with a flat reflective grating for high-sensitivity thermal infrared detection. The inclusion of a freeform middle mirror in the camera subsystem minimizes optical distortion while maintaining a compact, manufacturable design. It meets stringent requirements for spectral resolution and spatial mapping from an 800 km orbit.
