This research details high-energy, high-repetition-rate picosecond laser systems designed for satellite ranging and space debris tracking. The proposed systems provide flexible pulse durations and excellent beam quality, with current developments reaching power outputs of 1J and targeted scalability to 14J. Passive wavefront correction is integrated to maintain performance stability, significantly improving the precision of ground-based optical measurements for space situational awareness.
