A multi-zone, holographic aberration-corrected concave blazed grating was developed for the MUSE mission to provide high-quality EUV imaging. The grating surface is partitioned into three sections with optimized blaze profiles, allowing for maximum diffraction efficiency at 28.4 nm, 17.1 nm, and 10.8 nm. This design successfully integrates multiple spectral functionalities into a single, high-resolution optical component.
