Radiation-hardened optical frequency combs are developed for precision local oscillators in GNSS applications. By integrating specialized Er-doped fibers and optimizing the mode-locked cavity design, the system maintains stable operation despite exposure to 160-krad gamma-ray radiation. This advancement ensures the long-term reliability of precision photonic timing systems in high-radiation space environments.
