SHOW is a spatial heterodyne spectrometer that utilizes field-widening techniques to achieve high-resolution stratospheric water vapor absorption measurements. The interferometer uses gratings in the arms to generate interference patterns, coupled with anamorphic optics for limb viewing from LEO. This design provides high spatial and spectral resolution in a compact architecture for atmospheric science.
