This work introduces an uncertainty-aware design framework to replace traditional, overly conservative safety margins in opto-mechanical systems. By propagating parameter uncertainties through modal analysis, it provides a more accurate and efficient assessment of frequency response functions. This methodology allows for optimized system design while maintaining structural and optical reliability under vibration.
