The Copernicus LSTM mission utilizes a specialized optical chain featuring intermediate plane filters and detector-plane filter units to achieve six distinct spectral channels. These components, integrated into a unified beam-splitting architecture, enable high-fidelity land-surface temperature and evapotranspiration observations. The assembly process ensures precise crosstalk suppression and out-of-band rejection across the critical VNIR/SWIR spectrum.
