This nano-Integrated Tunable Laser Assembly employs a monolithic Indium Phosphide photonic integrated circuit to compensate for Doppler shifts in inter-satellite links. It maintains a stable, low-linewidth signal in the C-band while enabling real-time wavelength adjustment for extreme orbital scenarios. With independent gain and phase control, the laser provides up to +11 dBm of output power within a miniaturized package.
