In 30 seconds

This optical design optimizes Lobster eye X-ray optics to enable rapid follow-up of gravitational wave transients. By achieving tens of arcseconds of localization accuracy over a 10 square degree field of view, the system bridges the gap between current wide-field monitors and high-sensitivity telescopes. This configuration provides the necessary effective area to support upcoming multi-messenger astrophysics missions like the Einstein Telescope and LISA.
