The CaNaPy facility successfully demonstrates monostatic laser guide star adaptive optics using a 1-m telescope to achieve uplink pre-compensation. By sharing the same aperture for laser transmission and signal reception, the system ensures that the wavefront sensor accurately mimics the turbulence experienced by the uplink beam. Successful testing at 55 W power establishes a technical baseline for improving ground-to-satellite optical feeder links.
