The CO2M mission utilizes a constellation of satellites equipped with high-resolution imaging spectrometers to quantify anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions. The payload features push-broom spectrometers that perform co-located measurements with a 250 km swath and 2x2 km spatial resolution. This integrated sensing approach delivers the high-precision column-averaged measurements required for global climate monitoring.
