This imaging spectrometer utilizes magnetic field tunable kinetic inductance detectors (KIDs) to achieve precise spectral response control at millimeter wavelengths. By modulating the magnetic field, it creates a controllable shift in the resonance frequency proportional to incident radiation. This superconducting technology offers high-sensitivity, high-resolution spectroscopy for future millimeter-wave astrophysical observations.
