The LaiQa project demonstrates a free-space-to-fiber optical link designed to emulate satellite-to-ground quantum downlinks over 2 km. By integrating pointing control, time synchronization, and adaptive optics, the system achieves fiber coupling efficiencies exceeding 40% in the C-band. This validation platform allows for the rigorous testing of on-board quantum sources against real-world atmospheric channel perturbations.
